i have a 12 inch Cvx kicker sub in a super bass pro box with a 1600 watt boss amp and this thing hits harder than any thing i've ever owned, but i must admit they should put a warning lable on these things saying, may cause deathness if used correctley... kicker are the best hands down

CVX and L7

Had cvx subs and the came apart from the ring of the speaker and then my L7 did the same thing too then i bought another pair and then they came apart too then i bought apair of cheap swappmet subs like Md sounds not only can then hit harder than my last pair of subs but cost less than your and they stay together and im only using one sub and it hits at 154.4 db and when im using two of yours and let you know that im using a planet audio 2250 bb so why is that cheap sub hitting hard expensive sub not hitting hard at all and comes apart so quick?????

MAN O MAN I HAVE 2CVX'S IN

MAN O MAN I HAVE 2CVX'S IN THE BACK OF MY EXPEDITION BEING RAN BY 1000W MEMPHIS AMP. WHEN I TELL YOU THEY GIVE OFF THE MOST CLEAR WINDOW TREMBLING BASS THAT I HAVE HEARD IN A LONG WHILE. I BOUGHT THESE FOR MY BIRTHDAY LAST NOVEMBER AND I THINK THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SUBS THAT KICKER HAS MADE. BUY THESE SUBS AND I BET YOU WONT BE UPSET WITH YOUR DECISION TO STOP PLAYING WITH THE REST AND BUY THE BEST. I WILL SAY THIS THOUGH ONCE YOU HOOK THEM UP AND GIVE THEM A LIL JUICE YOUR FRIENDS WILL BE APPAULED, BUT ITS OK CUZ YOU'LL BEAT DOWN THE BLOCK AND KNOCK THE PICTURES OFF THE WALL.

2 10's Under my back seat

I got a 2000 silverado and these things are awesome! they are powered by a 1250wrms amp and they fit under my back seat so very little space is used and they are awesome.
If you want lots of bass without a huge box buy these, everyone at my school thinks their the shit with their single bottom of the line 15 in a home made P.O.S. box and their cruddy sony "1000w amp" but they are WRONG.
My system kicks the hell out of theirs!
crisp clean sound with tons of bass from a small box - percfect

COMPVX
KICKER has placed all the power and performance of it's square woofer technology in the round. This is the most intense round woofer KICKER has ever offered.
KICKER® has allocated most the performance and power of its patented square-woofer technology into a round subwoofer with the further development of the KICKER CompVX™ Subwoofer, creating the most technologically advanced round subwoofer available for those that prefer the circular look in their installation. The CompVX has been updated to solidify its standing as the best-sounding, deepest-bass-producing round subwoofer.

The CompVX stands alone among round subwoofers, using all of the exclusive Solo-Baric® L7 design and performance features except the square shape. One-piece SoloKon™ cone with total back bracing for ultra rigidity, high-temp dual voice coils to withstand potentially damaging heat, a solid pole piece providing more mass to subdue additional heat, and a T-cut top plate for a wider magnetic field, stronger bass response, and better sound – it all comes together to form a super-reliable motor structure found only in a KICKER subwoofer.

Inside, the poly-cotton, semi-progressive-roll spider supplies substantial excursion for the loudest bass possible. Externally, a ribbed Santoprene® surround around SoloKon provides max excursion. CompVX’s basket is cast aluminum with motor-cooling perimeter venting and spring-loaded terminals that can accept up to 10-gauge wire.

The CompVX Series is available in a 10-inch CompVX10, a 12-inch CompVX12, and a 15-inch CompVX15, and comes in 2-Ohm or 4-Ohm DVC. Sealed or vented box applications are also an option to complete an insane audio experience.
